Swiss ELT Association Event 2006

ETAS SIG Day - 13th May 2006 - Zug

We are happy to announce that the next ETAS SIG Day will take place on 13th May 2006 in Zug.

The following SIGs will be represented:
a.. Business English
b.. CALL
c.. Drama & Literature
d.. Examinations, Testing and Assessment
e.. Film & Video
f.. School Management
g.. Teacher Development
h.. Teacher Training
i.. Young Learners

We hope that the SIG Day will be of interest to you and are contacting you for three reasons:
1) speakers, 2) book exhibition, 3) sponsoring (coffee/croissants, apéro, fruit baskets, flowers, etc.)

As usual, we are looking for speakers who are likely to be on tour and might be interested in speaking at the SIG Day. There will be three slots: two sessions for workshops of 90 minutes and one commercial/book presentation session of 60 minutes. If you are interested in sending and/or sponsoring a speaker, please contact Susanna Schwab, ETAS Teacher Development Chair, by the middle of December: teacher-development@e-tas.ch

There will be a Book Exhibition and we would be happy if you could join us. You will receive the official Book Exhibition Registration Form in February.

Since ETAS is working on a tight budget, we are always looking for sponsors. There are several possibilities, e.g. coffee and croissants, apéro, fruit baskets, flowers, etc. Please contact Susanna Schwab to further discuss this question: teacher-development@e-tas.ch
